We respect your privacy and take it very seriously. We will only use your information to provide any services and/or details you require from us. We will never pass on your details to third parties, unless specifically requested by you to do so, in the interest of your treatment with us. From time to time we may need to contact you by telephone, text message or email to confirm appointments, or inform you of any other matters regarding your treatment. We will require you to sign a consent form indicating that you agree to this which will be kept in a secure file with your treatment notes. The only data we gather through this website is via the contact form. This data is never used for marketing purposes and never resold. This data is stored for a maximum of 60 days and then is automatically deleted. Any information given during treatment (consultation notes) will be kept for 7 years after the final treatment is given. We use a secure data shredding company to dispose of any old notes that are no longer in use.
